Refund Policy

Practice test purchases are non-refundable.
If you become disconnected during the test, reboot and log back in with your Username and password. The test will pick up where you left off. If that does not solve the problem, please contact our Support team through email at support@nationaltestingnetwork.com or by calling 206-428-3265.

Support hours are Monday through Friday from 6 am to 5 pm Pacific Time. We will address your problem as soon as possible.
